Job Responsibilities

• Implement and execute community relations activities to support company's objectives

• Analyze and develop solutions, explorative settlements to handle respective community's propositions/ inquiries

• Organize CR activities, community outreach programs and community engagement activities starting from project analysis, planning, budgeting, facilitating and evaluation

• Prepare database, project report, budget report, correspondence, and presentation etc.

• Analyze project data and outcomes to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop effective relationships with external stakeholders and local communities in a governance compliance manner

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years' experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility or related business would be an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

• Able to use MS offices (Word, Excel and PowerPoints).

• Able to travel to and/or work in upcountry.

• Creativity, Problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.

• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).

• Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
