Position: Supply Chain Process Excellence & Innovation Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Process Excellence and Innovation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, fostering innovation, and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within our organization.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and improve processes under a supply chain focus on analysis to enhance, address issues, and design efficient work processes (Digitized Process) by considering the application of suitable technology and innovation.

• Develop and design work processes to improve operations under the supply chain, as well as related processes. This includes applying suitable technology to enhance efficiency, aligning work with departmental plans, and supply chain management strategies.

• Study and analyze data related to assigned development and improvement tasks, including cost analysis to calculate the return on investment for workflow enhancements that align with the plan.

• Support subordinates in project management, and strategic planning for opportunities to improve and alter workflow patterns within the supply chain. This involves applying feasible technology and innovation to adapt to the evolving business model of the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing, designing processes, working on project planning, cost analysis related to supply chain, and/or designing system solutions to enhance processes within the supply chain.

• Alternatively, experience in consulting on business strategy and process improvement using technology for at least 1 year

• Understand the process of working from the beginning to the end of the supply chain, including analyzing production costs, and managing inventory/raw materials/packaging, transportation, and distribution.

• Have systematic analytical processes that demonstrate the ability to analyze plans that can be practically implemented.

• Possess leadership skills to coordinate related departments, and conduct meetings to ensure work progresses according to assigned plans.

• Proficient in communication (speaking, reading, listening, and writing) in both Thai and English at a good level.

• Skilled in project management, coordination, initiating development, analysis, planning, and solving specific problems as assigned by superiors.

• Capable of using information technology systems such as ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), MPS/MRP, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Power BI, etc.).

• Have knowledge and interest in studying information related to new technologies/innovations in supply chain work, such as Analytics Planning, Control Tower, DRP, RPA (Robotics Process Automation)
