Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and manage software release and deployment activities across multiple environments, ensuring alignment with the overall program roadmap.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution of releases.
- Track release schedules, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks related to deployment timelines and quality.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards throughout the release lifecycle.
- Communicate release plans, status updates, and post-deployment outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in release management, deployment coordination, or DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and release automation tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and ensure high-quality delivery in a regulated environment
