Job Description
- Plan and organize work activities and project schedule/cost to ensure projects are delivered as plan.
- Identify required resources based on appropriate competencies and proficiencies level. Assign and manage tasks, activities, dependencies, risk & issues according to the schedule
- Develop and deliver milestones, A/B test results, and project KPIs.
- Create and deliver progress report to the management team and seek appropriate decisions, directions and approvals.
- Be the bridge between project team/ business users and data science team to define project scope, timeline, resources and deliverables
- Build relationships and trust with stakeholders and ensure close collaboration and synchronization on a recurrent basis
- Maintain and monitor projects plan, progress, schedule, budgets and expenditures
- Track project performance and testing result
Qualifications
- 3-5 years project management experience, preferably in financial service industry
- Experience working in Data Analytic related projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong drive to get the job done and willing to learn new things
