Job Description Analyze business requirements, operational challenges, and strategic objectives to identify opportunities for business process improvement and transformation initiatives. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and solution specifications, working closely with technology teams to support successful delivery. Leverage data, reporting tools, and business insights to monitor project performance, track KPIs, identify risks, and support data-driven decision making. Collaborate with business units, project teams, developers, testers, and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Support end-to-end project execution, including requirement gathering, testing, issue management, governance reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields. 3 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, PMO, or related role, preferably in banking, financial services, or digital transformation environments. Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, or system requirements. Experience in stakeholder management, data analysis, reporting, and project governance, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
