Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Backend Engineer to join our technology team and drive the development of financial platforms. In this role, you will bridge financial domain knowledge with modern backend technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that support mission-critical business operations.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Design, develop, and maintain backend services for financial applications.

Ensure high-quality software delivery, including unit testing, code quality, security best practices, and performance tuning.

Provide technical recommendations and design best-practice procedures for the team and end-users.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, QA, and business teams to deliver impactful features and solutions.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale backend systems.

Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably in securities brokerage or asset management (3–5 years).

Strong understanding of software architecture, API design principles, and distributed systems.

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง

Experience developing or integrating financial applications.

Familiarity with brokerage operations, clearing and settlement, risk and internal control, and regulatory requirements. (preferred)

Proficiency in backend technologies such as .NET Core, or Golang. (preferred)

Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js is a strong plus.

Strong expertise in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) , experience with performance optimization is a plus.
