Develop high-performance future operating models and business processes, including supporting technology platforms and ways of working.

Identify opportunities to improve work-process efficiency and introduce innovative approaches to completing assigned work.

Assess the performance of current processes and analyze people, processes, technology, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Evaluate opportunities to restructure operating models and business processes in order to streamline core operations and service delivery.

Research the external environment and industry trends to support the development of short- and long-term operational strategies that enable business growth.

Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and automated solutions to enhance process efficiency and optimize workforce requirements.

Coordinate and collaborate with relevant business departments and squads.

Assess process improvement opportunities, including business process modeling and reengineering across both traditional and digital channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong structured problem-solving and logical-thinking skills, with excellent analytical and organizational capabilities.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with data management, business intelligence, or artificial intelligence tools is required, such as intermediate-level Microsoft Excel, SAS, Python, or VBA.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge and skills relevant to business process improvement, process analysis, data management, and the use of analytical tools.
