​​​​​​Job Responsibilities:

To Support Collection systems enhancement (cover overall collection system ie. CACs, Autodialer, Voice recorder, BLS, LTS etc.)

• Support System Design/ Enhancement with understanding of business requirements, functional specifications, and other project artifacts.
• Preparing test scripts for UAT testing and executing UAT testing
• Ensure that the UAT is done according to the timeline.
• Analyze, discuss ,and report defect to Supervisor
• Assistance with reporting to management on the progress of testing as required
• To ensure data migration between C and U are done properly with accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in IT, MIS, Engineering, Finance or Computer Science field
• Fluent In Thai & English [Verbal/ Writing]
• Strong Analytical skills/ Logical Thinking. Any knowledge in basic programming will be useful.
• Experience in BA or Tester (Manual/Automation e.g., Tosca) would be useful.
• Team Player & Able to work under pressure.
• Background in supporting Banking systems enhancement/ collection system or data migration is favorable.
