Major Accountabilities

· Strategy Development Support Assist in developing business strategies by conducting research, preparing analyses, and supporting annual, quarterly, and mid‑term planning activities. Contribute to business cases and feasibility materials as assigned.

· Project & PMO Support Support project planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination across KSN initiatives. Act as project manager or PMO for selected projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

· Process Improvement Assist in reviewing, documenting, and improving processes within KSN to enhance efficiency, governance, and execution consistency.

· Technology & Market Research Conduct research on technology trends, market movements, and industry practices. Summarize insights to support strategic discussions and opportunity assessments.

· Performance Monitoring & KPI Management Support KPI development, tracking, and reporting for strategic initiatives and business plans. Prepare performance updates and review materials.

· Strategic Communication & Documentation Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear structure and alignment with strategic objectives.

· Cross‑Functional Coordination Coordinate with teams across KSN to support strategic alignment, project execution, and follow‑up actions.

· Other Assigned Tasks Perform other related assignments within Strategy, PMO, process improvement, or planning as required.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.

• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), project management or information system is preferred.

• Proven experience (at least 7 years) in IT strategy, process improvement, project management or a similar role in a tech company, Consulting firn, or digital banking environment.

• Proven track record in leading or contributing to cross-functional strategic projects, project management office with external stakeholders (e.g., startups, tech firms, universities, accelerators) and process improvement by using technology.

• Strategic thinking abilities to analyze complex information, identify trends, and envision long-term goals.

• Project management

• Partner engagement and relationship management.

• Strong knowledge of technology trends, emerging technologies (such as AI, Automation, business intelligence and Data analysis, open banking APIs), and their impact on business models.

• Strong understanding of banking and financial services ecosystems (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, payments, wealth management, fintech trends).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
