Responsibility

• Operate fraud investigation to process both internal and external fraud (Auto product) and ensure effective investigation and appropriate fraud control can be met to mitigate fraud loss to the company
• Report fraud case result to fraud reviewer team and bank committee. Coordinate with legal team, Outsource agency for legal process
• Negotiate with petitioner for solve case and reduce or recovery loss
• Recommends prevention process to reduce fraud case - Work with crisis management team when crisis occur
• Investigate and facts finding for solve case related with Fraud, break company policy, Criminal or other assignment from internal and external channel.
• Gathering information about fraud case. Analysis case to find root caused. Report root caused to related function for Improve or fix process than can reducing the exposure to risk and loss. Prepare and maintain fraud case data base.
• Report fraud case result to fraud reviewer team and bank committee. Coordinate with legal team, Outsource agency for legal process
• Establishes the fraud processes to Prevent and reducing fraud / complain case
• Conduct the training of fraud knowledge for related staff on propose of prevention
• Assist Head of fraud Management to provide AYCAL crisis management team when crisis occur
• Coordinate with fraud group for investigate fraud case and share the fraud information with other institutions.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in legal or related field
• experiences in fraud and Legal field is required
• Experience with Fraud investigation tool/process in financial service industry is a big plus
• Can work under high pressure
• Able to work on weekend and traveling to up country on sometime.
