Raw Material Procurement

"Procurement and sourcing of raw materials for the company's operations. Receive operational training according to the ISO 9000 quality management system, ISO 4000 environmental management system, TIS 18000 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO/TS16949."

Key Responsibilities:

1.Oversee the procurement of raw materials and finished products both domestic and international.

2.Negotiate prices and purchase terms.

3.Check and compare product prices both domestically and internationally.

4.Welcome and build relationships with suppliers.

5.Contact new suppliers and source new supplies.

6.Create and maintain supplier records and lists.

7.Select and evaluate suppliers.

8.Prepare price change reports for submission to supervisors.

9.Coordinate with production, production planning, and inventory departments for purchasing or stock preparation of raw materials.

10.Prepare monthly reports for JV and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

Bachelor of Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Business Administration(Management) and other related

Minimum of 1-3 Years of Experience in Purchasing industrial plants

Communication & Negotiation skill, Good relationship

Microsoft Office ( Excel ) / Outlooks / SAP Program

English Good Communication Skills
