Responsibilities

• To define, plan and lead programed of significant, quantifiable and sustained improvements across the agreed for Consumer operations and transportation. The role focuses upon driving cost down for the customer, improving service quality, operating and transport standards and improving DHL's profitability across the account providing a strong platform for growth.
• To control the transport cost elements by target achieving.
• To manage customer satisfaction, to deliver KPI and quality & quantity transportation to customers which are complied with company's rule, regulation.
• To initiative on transport operations and cost saving. Develop and implement the best Practice standard working procedures.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of working experiences in Production and Warehouse Management or related field with multiple customers.
• International business exposure/experience.
• Leadership through effective communication and ability to influence outcomes across multiple regional locations.
• Strong Commercial Skills especially P&L management and ability to work under pressure.
• Good Command of communication skill in English, ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and People Management.
• 3PL management experienced will be preferable.
