Design Department Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review layouts per client requirements, ensuring accuracy before submission

• Coordinate with clients and maintain smooth operations

• Conduct site inspections for kitchen renovations

• Manage assigned tasks and ensure project expectations are met

• Communicate effectively in both English and Thai

Team Functions:

• Design Team: Provide schematic drawings and initial design concepts

• Draft Team: Develop MEP, elevation, and shop drawings post-contract

• Sales Design: Generate design contracts from new and existing customers

• General Management: Oversee design and draft teams to ensure alignment with company objectives

Core Duties:

• Create professional design concepts and ensure timely, accurate output

• Develop team skills through regular training and knowledge sharing

• Attend client meetings and collaborate across departments

• Monitor installation work to ensure alignment with approved designs

• Maintain and grow client accounts as a kitchen consultant
