• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with Porsche Thailand's annual business objectives, product launches, retail campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with Porsche Asia Pacific to localize regional campaigns while ensuring relevance to the Thai market.
• Develop communication plans across owned and paid channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify communication opportunities and emerging trends.
• Recommend innovative communication approaches that strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, out-of-home, radio spots and other media channels.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative development, production schedules, and cross-functional execution.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, Porsche Centre, agencies, media partners, and production vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and according to Porsche brand standards.
• Support major launches, exhibitions, roadshows, customer experiences, and national marketing campaigns.
• Manage Porsche Thailand's official digital and social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and LINE Official Account.
• Develop monthly content strategies that align with product launches, brand storytelling, retail priorities, and customer engagement objectives.
• Oversee content calendars, community management, and platform optimization.
• Monitor emerging digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
• Manage influencer, creator, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations to extend brand reach while ensuring brand suitability and consistency.
• Coordinate paid social campaigns with media agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
• Develop compelling, premium, and brand-consistent content across all marketing communication materials, including: Social media content, Campaign copy, Digital advertising, Brochures and sales materials, Video concepts and scripts.
• Ensure all communications comply with Porsche global brand guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and approved messaging.
• Work closely with creative agencies to maintain a consistently high standard of visual identity and storytelling.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with appointed lead agency.
• Develop clear campaign briefs and provide strategic direction to agency partners.
• Review creative proposals, media plans, content, and production deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Evaluate agency performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance using digital analytics and social media metrics.
• Prepare regular monthly and campaign reports evaluating campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, lead generation, and agency performance.
• Generate actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies based on campaign performance.
• Support management reporting through presentation materials and business updates.
• Monitor campaign expenditure and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Coordinate and prepare document for procurement processes, quotations, purchase requests, and invoice tracking in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed within approved budgets.
• Work closely with PR, Event, Sales, CRM, Aftersales, Product Management, Dealer Network Development, and Porsche Centre to ensure integrated communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Support internal communication initiatives and corporate branding activities where required.
• Build strong working relationships with Porsche Asia Pacific to ensure successful execution of regional initiatives within the Thai market.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content marketing principles.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, preferably within the automotive industry or a related premium brand sector.
