Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Consultant who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations across a global organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You will be the go-to person for resolving IT issues and supporting digital tools that enable business success.

What will you be doing?

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across multiple sites.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate support teams when required.

• Support system administration activities, including user account management, access permissions, and system configuration.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and approved software applications.

• Provide support for enterprise collaboration tools and applications, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and other business systems.

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, asset information, and system changes within the IT ticketing system.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve IT processes, service quality, and end-user experience.

• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to corporate IT standards.

• Assist users with IT-related inquiries and provide guidance on best practices for technology usage and security compliance.

• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments as assigned.

Who Are You?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong fundamental IT troubleshooting skills, including end-user computing, hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of onsite IT support experience is preferred.

• Basic understanding of network infrastructure, including connectivity, access points, and cabling.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise applications is an advantage.

• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT security controls, and industry best practices.

• Knowledge of user access management, endpoint security, and cybersecurity awareness practices is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global IT teams.

• Able to commute to the WHA Mega Logistics Center (Theparak Km. 21) for four days per week and provide onsite support at the Pathum Thani office for one day per week on a regular basis.
