Position Overview

Overseeing all financial and accounting activities of the organization. This role includes financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The Financial Controller works closely with Managing Director Thailand to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversea the work of Finance & Accounting Department and Airline Catering Information Department to maintain an efficient work standard

• Prepare budgets and perform budgetary control by comparing actual result with budget and comment on the performance of various cost centers

• Prepare customer P&L and lead the financial proposal development for tendering process

• Lead and advice the team on production and operation master data maintenance, costing & pricing process and validate the accuracy of quotations

• Oversee internal and external audits and coordinate with external auditors

• Liaison with and support to other departments to ensure proper running of the department

• Maintain business relations with government agencies and other business associates

• Perform other special tasks such as ad-hoc report and other financial improvement project

Qualification

• Master/ bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance

• CPA, CPD, or equivalent certification is an advantage

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial, accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Experience in food & beverage manufacturing, food service, hotel or retail industry would be advantage

• In-depth ability of analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and leadership abilities

• Fluent in English

• Experience in SAP
