Position Overview:

PSA BDP is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for their Kuala Lumpur office. This entry-level, permanent position focuses on daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The role focuses on daily logistics operations with emphasis on quality and productivity.

Main duties

include:

• Liaising with team leads and account managers on work-related matters
• Managing tasks with minimum supervision and meeting service commitments
• Following EPI standard processes and organizational policies
• Completing assignments punctually
• Pursuing professional development through PSA BDP University courses

Required

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution
• Two years of experience in sea freight, air freight, or shipping sectors
• Knowledge of HS codes and customs regulations
• Computer software proficiency
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Strong customer service orientation
• Supervisory capabilities and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and personal integrity
