Job Responsibility

Account for the company revenue, expenditure, cost. Record and supervise all aspect of company operating activities, receivables and accredited payables and complete the month

Record inventory, costing revaluation, stock management

Follow up and checking inventory movement with logistic and warehouse

Follow up and checking logistic expense with logistic team

Record and follow up for Account Receivable with matching HQ system

Reconciliation stock balance and Accounts Payable Inventory HQ system

Check sale & cost and make report with matching

Join in making yearly budget and monthly capital plan and analysis the deviation from the actual situation

Asset record

Balance Reconciliation

Other issues assigned by manager.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in account/finance is required.

At least 2 years' experience in accounting/finance field,

Knowledge Thailand tax law & regulation

Familiar with account software and able to work effectively independently

Excellent in excel, PowerPoint, word

Familiarize with the SAP System
