Team Introduction
TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to provide advertising product solutions to agency partners and advertisers to grow their businesses on TikTok. From deeply understanding our regional agency partners and advertisers, to influencing the next iteration of our advertising product suite, to setting regional product GTM strategy, to designing innovative sales-led and scaled growth programs that impact managed agency partners and wider advertisers in TikTok. The team combines both strategic & operational expertise with customer centricity.
About the Role
The Tiktok Advertising PMM team focused on Agencies & Scaled growth seeking an experienced product marketing professional with a background in media & advertising to:
1. Lead go-to-market strategy & operation of our advertising solutions to drive key product adoption & revenue growth across our diverse agency segments & advertiser segments
2. Capture advertiser & partner painpoints to influence the roadmap and our next wave of our advertising product suite.
As part of the Agency and Scaled Growth Product Marketing team, this role involves close collaboration with multiple in-market Sales, Agency & Business Marketing teams, global Product Operations & Product functions in a fast paced and high-growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritize, problem solve and be the expert across our ads product suite while being a data-driven advocate for our advertisers & agencies is critical. Candidates must have experience working with media & advertising (preferably in an agency environment).
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive APAC & METAP go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ads products, grounded in strong market, business, advertiser, and agency insights.
  • Design and scale agency and self-serve growth programs, including product education, activation playbooks, and incentive initiatives, to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM execution across cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Marketing Science, Product Operations, and Product Management.
  • Represent the voice of APAC & METAP agencies and advertisers, translating market insights and pain points into actionable input for global product roadmap decisions.
  • Build strong agency partnerships through structured engagement, including interviews, roundtables, surveys, education, and agency-focused GTM programs.
  • Identify product gaps and growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and recommend improvements in close partnership with field and product teams.
  • Drive scaled product growth by managing launches, activations, and ongoing performance monitoring across multiple products and markets.
  • Build and optimize processes, tools, and automation to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and team productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
  • Background in performance advertising or paid media, in an agency environment, with at least 3 years of experience in product management, marketing or operations.
  • Strong research, data analysis and problem solving skills, with customer centric mindset.
  • Experience leveraging data to test hypotheses and drive business recommendations and experience in leading and delivering complex cross-functional projects on a fast-paced schedule.
  • Experience driving end to end go-to-market planning and execution for advertising products and experience in the ad tech or media / advertising industry, with understanding of both performance & branding marketing.
  • A quick learner with critical and innovative thinking, able to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills in global & diverse stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency in English is a must in order to communicate with the global product team and local sales team. Proficiency in one of the following languages: Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, or Japanese - is required to support the corresponding markets (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Middle East, and Japan). This role involves frequent communication and collaboration with external stakeholders (e.g., clients, partners, and vendors) based in the corresponding Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Middle Eastern, or Japanese markets.
Preferred Qualification(s)
  • A commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering against stretch revenue and adoption goals, including owning and driving product-led and sales-led growth targets across diverse advertiser and agency segments.
