• Conceptualize and design a strong, unique brand identity (Branding), including logos, brand guidelines, and visuals that align with the company's image.
• Understand target audiences and customer perspectives to create designs that meet business objectives and leave a lasting impression.
• Apply technology and AI tools to improve design efficiency and speed.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to ensure all designs are aligned with campaign goals.
• 40% Branding Design.
• Lead the design team and define the brand's direction (Brand Strategy) in collaboration with executives and the marketing team, ensuring all designs align with the organization's vision and business goals.
• Create and control the design of the brand identity across all dimensions, from Core Identity, Visual Identity (logo, colors, typography), to Tone of Voice.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and detailed Brand Guideline to ensure all departments can use it correctly and maintain Brand Consistency.
• Provide guidance and direction to Junior/Mid-level Designers on Branding projects and various Creative tasks to ensure high-quality results meet senior standards.
• Interpret Consumer Insights and market trends to create impactful designs that address customer needs.
• Present design concepts and final work to executives and clients with a strong rationale, emphasizing the connection between design and business objectives.
• Experiment with and apply AI tools, AR, VR, or other new design technologies to create cutting-edge Brand Experiences.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Branding Design or Art Direction, with prior experience as a Senior is a plus.
• Expertise in developing Brand Strategy and creating End-to-End Brand Identity.
• Proven ability to direct creative work and make decisive judgments on complex design matters.
• Excellent proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understands and can effectively utilize AI tools (Generative AI) to enhance the design process.
• A strong Portfolio is mandatory, demonstrating experience in creating or successfully evolving professional brands.
