The Quality & Reliability Engineer, Advanced Supplier (ASQ) is responsible for ensuring supplier component quality from early project phase through mass production. This role partners closely with suppliers, procurement, and internal teams to drive APQP, PPAP, audits, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to meet TE quality standards. This role working based in Chachoengsao. Job Requirements Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and/or VDA 6.3 Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans Ability to perform supplier audits, risk assessments, and Run‑at‑Rate validation Proficient in GD&T interpretation and mechanical measurement Familiar with Minitab and basic SAP transactions Willingness to travel up to 25% to local and overseas suppliers What your background should look like Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline 3–5 years' experience in quality assurance within electro‑mechanical manufacturing Strong exposure to supplier quality management and new component introduction Hands-on use of quality core tools and problem‑solving methodologies Confident communicator with ability to work independently and cross‑functionally Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
