Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development and execution of product strategies, owning the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. As the Product Owner Manager, you will work closely with marketing, sales, product and development, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance teams to deliver innovative and profitable products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Partner with product and development teams to ensure product development meets customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Ensure that product documentation and training materials are up-to-date and readily available for internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (cosmetics industry is preferable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA or ASANA.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations and compliance requirements.
• Passion for the cosmetics industry and staying up-to-date on emerging trends.
