• Develop & Implement effective marketing strategies & execution plans to achieve brand objectives with a good understanding in consumer insight
• Be able to work and collaborate closely with internal departments i.e. product development, sales, trade, design, procurement, e-commerce team etc. to drive product launch plan successfully and manage existing products
• Manage and lead the discussion with external parties (i.e. Agencies, business partners, production houses etc.)
• Efficiently plan and track budget spending according to the plan and be prompted to adjust in any situations
• Build awareness for new product/campaign launch and track campaign & product performances along with competitors' activities
• Support Brand Manager to develop products and create product concept/strategy/direction to meet business objectives
• Analyze the result of marketing campaigns and create comprehensive reports
• Support in market research to keep up to date with customer trends, market situation, and competitors.
• Maintain consistency in branding in all areas of marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in MKT/Business Administration/Communication / Mass/Faculty of Arts or related field.
• Minimum 3-4+ years' experience in Brand Management/ Marketing/ Advertising/ PR/ Communication or related field
• Can operate with MS Office, Mac, Typing, Excel, Numbers, Report, Presentation, Photos or VDO skills would be beneficial
• Good command of English
• Judgement skill, Analysis and comprehension skill, General Knowledge and basic to fair knowledge in beauty and FMCG industry
