About the role

Oversee and manage production to operate efficiently according to assigned work plans, including coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring production meets specified requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production to ensure efficiency according to assigned work plans and coordinate with relevant departments while controlling production to meet requirements

• Plan production and departmental work operations to ensure efficiency

• Monitor and ensure work quality accuracy meets customer requirements

• Plan work to align appropriately with assigned tasks

• Suggest or improve work methods to increase flexibility and boost productivity

• Review daily report forms before submitting to the production department to prevent reporting errors

• Collect production data, record work statistics including work volume, waste volume, employee downtime statistics in the department, and problems to propose solutions at production meetings

• Resolve problems or obstacles from equipment or personnel issues to ensure smooth operations without disrupting work

• Perform other assigned tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in food-related field or related field

• 3 years or more experience in management work in food manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience in production and team management/work process planning and approaches to achieve plan success

• Ability to solve problems and think analytically in a systematic manner

• Leadership capability, able to work efficiently with others, communicate well, decisive, and handle immediate problems effectively

• Able to start work immediately (will be considered specially)

• Able to work Monday - Saturday (company provides 17 Saturday holidays per year)
