What youâll do
AI solution development: Contribute to the endâtoâend lifecycle of AI solutions (ideation, design, development, deployment, and support); take ownership of wellâdefined modules and deliverables under guidance.
Stakeholder engagement: Support the preparation of materials and articulate solution approaches to nonâtechnical stakeholders; gather requirements in collaboration with senior team members.
Technical execution: Apply promptâengineering techniques, optimise model performance, build machineâlearning models, and develop agentic AI components using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, in line with established patterns and review processes.
Best practices: Adhere to code quality, security, scalability, and ethical standards; contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment workflows.
Continuous learning: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and proactively share relevant insights with the team.
What youâll bring
- Bachelorâs degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline; a Masterâs or PhD is an advantage.
- 4â6 years of handsâon experience in AI or machineâlearning development (experience in a business environment preferred).
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the design, deployment, and support of AI solutions for commercial use.
- Experience working on crossâfunctional projects; consulting experience is advantageous.
