Job Purpose :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to support our influencer marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with our Influencer Marketing Team Lead to execute influencer campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, influencer marketing and content marketing.

What you will do :

• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to secure partnerships and collaborations.
• Work closely with the marketing and related teams to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the brand's goals and objectives.
• Identify and research potential influencers who align with our brand and target audience.
• Collaborate with influencers to create and produce branded content, including social media posts, blog posts, videos, and more.
• Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including influencer selection, content development, and campaign reporting.
• Track and analyze influencer campaign metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and conversions, and provide regular reports to influencer marketing team lead.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer trends, social media algorithms, and industry developments.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in influencer marketing.
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication in both Thai and English
• Ability to multi-task while showing commitment to detail and willing to go above and beyond what is necessary
• Work well under pressure in a fast-pace environment with a "Can-do" attitude
