ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior Application Support / PMO (Banking) to join our consulting team and support both operational and coordination activities in a banking environment.
In this hybrid role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of applications while driving tracking, reporting, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Your missions
Provide application support for banking systems and monitor incidents and requests.
Track, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of issues and tickets.
Analyze system behavior and support root cause identification.
Maintain and manage tracking documents (tickets, issues, progress reports).
Act as a bridge between IT, business, and regional teams.
Coordinate tasks, deliverables, and project schedules.
Ensure all activities are well-documented and aligned with expectations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and execution of tasks.
Support and guide junior team members when required.
ABOUT YOU
5+ years of experience in Application Support, PMO, or similar roles.
Strong experience in banking systems (mandatory).
Ability to analyze issues and guide resolution effectively.
Experience in project coordination and tracking activities.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a structured and proactive mindset.
Ability to work in a hands-on and coordination hybrid role.
Strong communication skills with professional English proficiency.
