About the role

Design and develop Full Stack software for both Front-end and Back-end. Design and develop APIs. Apply AI, Mobile Application, Container (Docker/Kubernetes), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies. Manage Cloud Infrastructure on AWS and CI/CD Pipeline to support Full Stack development (Front-end + Back-end) for the organization, emphasizing modern work practices using AI-Assisted Development with tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. Develop systems that integrate LLM/RAG and Agentic AI (MCP – Model Context Protocol) under the organization's safe AI usage practices.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop Full Stack software for Front-end and Back-end

• Design and develop APIs

• Apply AI, Mobile Application, Container (Docker/Kubernetes), and RAG technologies

• Manage Cloud Infrastructure on AWS

• Manage and maintain CI/CD Pipeline

• Develop systems integrating LLM/RAG and Agentic AI (MCP – Model Context Protocol)

• Implement AI-Assisted Development practices using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot

• Perform code review using AI Coding Assistant tools

• Support Full Stack development across the organization

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 2 years of Full Stack software development experience

• Skills in NodeJS, ReactJS, Golang, Python

• Database experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

• AWS experience (S3, EC2, EKS)

• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with Figma, Draw.io, Jira, Bitbucket

• Knowledge of RAG / LLM Integration

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Access

• Experience with AI Coding Assistant: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot

• Knowledge of LLM/RAG Framework, Vector Database (pgvector, Chroma), MCP

• Git / Bitbucket Workflow and AI-Assisted Code Review experience

• Knowledge of Software Architecture and API Design

• Knowledge of Mobile Application and Container/Kubernetes

• Ability to develop RAG/AI systems

• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)

• Knowledge of AI-Assisted Development and AI Coding Assistant usage (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in development and Code Review

• Knowledge of system operation aligned with user requirements

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Continuous learning of new technologies (AI/Cloud Native)

• Critical thinking and AI literacy to review AI-generated results before implementation

• Work planning and systematic work execution

• Ability to work outside regular hours or on holidays as needed and ready for on-call support in case of urgent system failures

• Good English technical documentation reading and writing skills (Framework / Cloud / AI documents)

• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum team environment and work under pressure
