Your key responsibilities
- To handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process (prescreening, recruiting, managing interview, and hiring) in order to ensure the Service Line gets the right workforce at the right timeframe to support business operation.
- To manage campus recruiting for entry level staff and intern positions.
- To Build relationships with The Universities, Faculties, and stakeholders.
- To apply your creativity in implementing employer branding strategy, designing projects and events, in order to boost company image and being an employer of choice. In addition, to facilitate and attend relevant campus recruiting events.
- To respond to requirement from Service lines and able to provide suggestions, solutions, and communication to candidates and employees in all level regarding related Talent policies and practices.
- To be in charge with administration processes including documentation of any related HR matters.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Master / Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or Political Science.
- 1- 3 years in Human resource management, Mass Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in managing high volume recruitment and campus or student recruitment environment would be advantage.
- Understanding of Sourcing channels management and up to date with the University.
- Good command both Thai and English.
