JOB DESCRIPTION

-Control Input/Output for production day and night shift
- Maintain the machine of production line.
- Responsible for monthly report of supplier evaluation.
- Monitor the quality issuing of QC system
-Solve/Action of QC system.
- Coordinate with related sections to improve internal quality issues and customer quality issues
- Control and ensure parts are in compliance with quality and specification requirements
- support management system of quality to establish, implement and Maintain ISO, TS 2009:16949.
- Read and understand the datasheets attached to the IQC/MRB database.
-Additional tasks may be assigned by the Supervisor, Team Leader or Quality Manager.

REQUIREMENT

1.Min 0-3 years TE/FA/OEM factory experience, Chinese or English speaking
2. Knowledge in metrology .
3. Familiar with basic operation of SMT PnP/SP/Reflow/etc.
4. Familiar with basic operation of AE and PLC and VB.
6.Knowledge  in-process quality control and improvement.  basic quality concepts.
7.Strong communication skills.
8. Ability to understand the data analysis.
9. Ability to work under tight timelines(Day or night shift) and pressure.
8. Detail-oriented and creative with a questioning mind.
9. Desire and ability for problem solving and debugging.
