Specialist, Quality Management System
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResponsibilities;
Key objectives
- Develop and implement effective management system to maintain compliance to customer/ international requirement.
- Ensure relevant compliance (ISO 9001/ 14001/ Disney/ RJC/ MCS/ COP/ CTPAT) are adhered to and regularly monitored & audited.
- Ensure all key stakeholders are informed and have the visibility of the compliance status at all production units.
Key duties
- Enforce ISO compliance, documentation control policies, and eQMS system with standardized approach across 3 plants.
- Manage internal audits (ISO 9001) & CAR e.g. Setup the internal audit annual plan of ISO9001, Provide/preparation audit checklist of each functions, perform internal audit, summarize audit result e.g. Non conformity, Opportunity for improvement to Manager, QMS and all function.
- Analysis of ISO9001 internal audit reports e.g. CAR, PAR to identify root cause and manages these findings are conformities as corrective actions to effectiveness and support to Manager, QMS with assignment.
- Facilitate an external audits (SO 9001/ 14001/ISO45001/ Disney/ RJC/ MCS/ COP/ CTPAT) and collaborate with all functions.
- Collaboration with relevant department/functions to follow up external CARs to ensure appropriate actions are taken and sign off on corrective actions in timely manner.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and Integrate change management activities into each plant.
- Share service supporting audit activities all of on behalf Pandora Production entity regarding ISO Standards, Ex. Plant in Gemopolis and Lamphun.
- Responsible and support regarding Quality Applications Project Ex. EQMS
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / industrial engineer or experience in the field as is 5 year in Management systems E.x. ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001 etc.,
- Understanding ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001 requirements,
- Knowledge of and experience ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001 Internal audit,
- Knowledge of and experience with ISO9001,ISO14001, ISO45001 Internal Audit Lead auditor with Management Systems (If have),
- Good understanding manufacturing processes,
- Strong communication skills and people skill,
- Strong stakeholder management and mediation skills,
- Solid in organized skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills,
- Unsterstanding Risk Based thinking & Hazard , Risk identification,
- Ability to apply these concepts to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of management system
- Good command to MS Office,
- Fluent in English communication.
