The Management Associate (MA) Program is designed to provide a constructed entry point program for high potential individuals to prepare them for potential future management roles through a series of formal seminars, rotations, and assignments across different segments. The program seeks the candidates who exhibit strong leadership skills and analytical thinking and want to be a part of a team-oriented structure in a dynamic environment

• Master's Degree in any fields from reputable local and overseas universities
• 4 years experience in any type of business, experience from Business Consultant companies is a plus
