Work Outline: Responsible for mechanical design and estimation department

• Control the design and quotation of factory's mechanical system such as HVAC, plumbing, steam, fire protection and air compressor system

• Thai nationality
• Male/Female age above 40 years old
• Minimum of 10 year's experience in the building construction and or design of mechanical system
• Minimum of 5 year's experience in the design and estimation department
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and or factory mechanical design and estimation
• Have the ability to lead own team
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Engineer license at least Level 2 is necessary
• Experience in Japanese M and E construction company
• Design and Estimation experience in factory
