for Company Reviews
Be Respectful
In order to maintain a welcoming environment for all users, always be respectful of others. Please refrain from using profanity, threats, hateful, and discriminatory language. We understand that topics about work can be emotionally charged, but any comments that are deemed inappropriate for the community will not be posted.
Be Unbiased
For the reviews to be helpful and provide valuable insights for other candidates, we ask you to consider multiple perspectives. Every workplace have both positive qualities and areas in which they can improve on. Please submit a review that provides a balanced view of your personal experiences. Reviews that are evaluated to be biased or malicious will not be posted.
Be Authentic
Please only comment on your personal opinions and first hand experiences. We ask that all reviews must be original. Any reviews that are detected to be forged, duplicated, or taken from other sources will be deleted.
Be Anonymous
At WorkVenture, we believe in the principle of free speech. We want to provide a platform where people can express their opinions openly, honestly, and without fear of retaliation. Each review that is posted will be anonymous. We ask that you do not disclose any information that could lead to you or another person’s identity.
