• จัดทำและทบทวนทะเบียนความเสี่ยงทางกฎหมาย (Risk Register) ร่วมกับหัวหน้าฝ่ายรายไตรมาส และประเมินความเสี่ยงของรูปแบบธุรกิจและช่องทางจำหน่ายใหม่ก่อนเริ่มดำเนินการ.
• ดูแลงานประจำของทีม ทั้งการยื่นจดลิขสิทธิ์ การขอเลข ISBN และเอกสารบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา.
• ปริญญาตรีนิติศาสตร์ (ปริญญาโท หรือเนติบัณฑิต จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
• ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในงานสัญญาเชิงพาณิชย์ และเคยมีส่วนร่วมในงานคดี หรือข้อพิพาทของนิติบุคคล.
• ร่างและเจรจาสัญญาได้ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ.
• สรุปประเด็นทางกฎหมายให้ผู้บริหารและคู่สัญญาเข้าใจได้กระชับ ชัดเจน.
• ทำงานได้เองตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ ตัดสินใจภายในกรอบที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ และดูแลงานหลายเรื่องพร้อมกันได้.
• หากมีใบอนุญาตทนายความ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการศึกษา สื่อ สิ่งพิมพ์ หรือแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล.
• มีประสบการณ์งานทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ทั้งลิขสิทธิ์และเครื่องหมายการค้า.
• มีประสบการณ์คดีแรงงาน หรืองานที่ปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน.
• มีประสบการณ์สัญญาภาครัฐ หรือสัญญาลูกค้าองค์กรขนาดใหญ่.
