• Road design, drainage and stormwater management systems, earthworks and pavement structures.
• Basic geotechnical investigations and interpretation.
• Review and validate engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure design integrity and compliance with local and international standards.
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, external consultants, and contractors to ensure effective design integration and constructability.
• Assist the Team Leader in: Project planning and resource scheduling, Progress tracking and reporting, Design review meetings and client presentations.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, proposals, tender documentation, and cost estimates.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as required.

• What can you bring to the team?.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Registered Professional Engineer licensure.
• Proven experience in the design of roads, drainage, utilities, and related civil systems.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles and their application to civil projects.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MX Road, StormCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Good English communication skills and computer literate.
