• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and support video production activities, including project coordination, storyboard development, and production data management.
• Produce and edit video content by transforming raw footage into cohesive and engaging visual narratives in line with creative direction.
• Execute post-production processes, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual enhancements, to ensure high-quality final content.
• Render and export video content in platform-specific formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios to ensure optimal performance across digital channels.
• Design and develop branded visual assets, including digital content and thumbnails, to enhance brand consistency, content visibility, and audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency while supporting content planning and creative concept development.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices while managing digital assets to enhance content quality, audience engagement, and asset utilization.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine and Applied Arts (Digital Media Design and Motion Pictures) or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in commercial & marketing role for energy business.
• Experienced in planning, creating, and delivering videos aligned with project goals.
• Proficient in video production, motion graphics, and graphic design using standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva).
• Creativity, communication, collaboration, time management, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback.

• About the Role.
• We're looking for a Video Editor Intern who can take a brief and own everything after it. You'll plan the shoot, direct talent, film on location, edit, and deliver across real events and activations that go live to a real audience. If you're looking for a place to build your production reel while working inside one of Bangkok's most active startup communities, this is it.
• Receive content briefs and plan shoots independently (locations, angles, shot lists).
• Set up, operate, and manage video equipment on-site.
• Direct and brief on-camera talent before and during shoots.
• Edit and produce final cuts optimised for each platform.
• Deliver content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Line OA.
• Support graphic design production when needed (a plus).
• Proficient in non-linear editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).
• Solid fundamentals in framing, lighting, and on-location shooting.
• Platform-aware and understands the difference between short-form and long-form content.
• Able to work end-to-end from brief to delivery with minimal oversight.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Motion graphics or graphic design skills are a bonus.
• Language Proficiency.
