• Lead and manage the electrical protection and control scope across all phases of the data centre construction project.
• Develop and maintain trackers for system scope, protection settings, coordination studies, action items, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements and grid/operator standards.
• Design & Technical Advisory.
• Provide expert advice on protection schemes, control systems, and electrical system integration.
• Review and validate electrical protection designs, including relay coordination, selectivity studies, and control logic.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (e.g., IEC/IEEE), and cause-and-effect matrices.
• Support the development and refinement of control philosophies, protection strategies, and functional specifications.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for installation and configuration of protection relays, control panels, and monitoring systems.
• Conduct inspection and testing checks to verify correct installation, wiring, and system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to protection mis-coordination, system faults, and operational reliability.
• Commissioning & Handover.
• Participate in commissioning activities, including protection relay testing (secondary/primary injection), system energization, and performance testing.
• Witness and validate critical protection schemes such as feeder, transformer, and busbar protection.
• Provide technical recommendations during commissioning to ensure system stability, selectivity, and resilience.
• Coordinate defect rectification and ensure proper closure prior to handover.
• Documentation & Reporting.
• Review and approve protection settings files, coordination studies, test reports, and as-built documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of protection philosophies, relay configurations, and system changes.
• Prepare technical reports, issue logs, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience (10-15 years) in protection and control engineering within data centre, power / oil and gas systems, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of protection relays, PMS/SCADA systems, ELV integration, and cause-and-effect logic.
• Experience with protection coordination studies, relay settings, and commissioning procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.) and best practices for electrical system design and commissioning.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Track cost and latency alongside accuracy, so that a quality improvement that triples token spend is visible before it ships.
• Detect drift after release by comparing production samples against the baseline, and raise it early rather than after the client does.
• Design and maintain automated test suites for APIs, services, data pipelines, and web applications built for client projects.
• Run tests in CI, keep them fast and stable, and treat a flaky suite as a defect in its own right.
• Set the test strategy at the start of an engagement: what gets automated, what stays manual, what the exit criteria are, and what evidence the client will receive.

• 4-5 years in test automation, QA engineering, or software engineering with substantial testing ownership.
• Strong programming ability in Python, or in TypeScript or Java with the willingness to work primarily in Python.
• Hands-on experience testing an LLM or ML-based product in production or close to it.
• Practical command of at least one automation framework such as Pytest, Playwright, Cypress, or RestAssured, and experience running suites in CI.
• Working knowledge of API and data testing, including SQL and validating data through a pipeline.
• The judgement to decide what deserves automation and what does not, and to say so when a suite is producing noise rather than signal.
• Clear written and spoken communication in Thai and English.
