• Strong analytical skills, particularly for solving complex problems.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, capable of leading meetings with multinational colleagues.
• Effective planning and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to tackle new challenges and tasks.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of data analysis.
• Strong team player, able to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Power BI and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Identify and provide list of non-performing inventory, never been sold inventory, non-Planogram, Inventory to Merchandise & Buyer, follow up action and simulate impact from Mark down price.
• Analyze root cause which impact to non-performing inventory increasing and provide conclusion and recommendation for next step action in term of work in a process with relevant parties.
• Work with Store Operations to follow up execution to clear these inventory.
• Bachelor Degree of Supply Chain, Logistic, Economics, Mathematic and other relate filed.
• Have experience in Inventory Analyst, Inventory Planning, Inventory Control at least 5 Years.
• Excellent for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, VBA), Python, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau.
• Have experience in Retail business /FMCG would be advantage.

• Prepare detailed analysis of engineering and manufacturing processes, including site visit, client interviews, current flow validation and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points
• Identify engineering and manufacturing cases for improvement and value proposition related to the cases for clients
• Develop control strategies and PLC programs following clients needs
• Recommend and apply automation and automated system implementation to improve production efficiencies, reduce costs, enhance employee safety, and to assure consistent product quality
• Provide technical on-site solution support to clients, answering complex questions on function and usage of product
• Serve as primary support liaison between company and clients, conveying client feedback to solution development
• Maintain a high level of enterprise competence, coordinate development and assignments, including identifying, capturing and sharing engineering and manufacturing expertise
• Map the board room to shop floor approach and processes of clients
• Lead engineering and manufacturing workstream by delivering accountable tasks on time, within budget and in line with client expectations
• Engage specialists in ecosystem as needed to ensure the success of sales opportunity and project delivery

• Bachelor s Degree in a related engineering discipline; electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial or production engineering
• Good understanding of the Industry 4.0 transformation & Digital Transformation of the supply chain and manufacturing
• Strong industry knowledge in Food & Food Ingredient and/or Industrial manufacturing
• Experience in analog and digital design, including system integration conceptual knowledge
• Experience in creating process for workload automation, mainframe reports and reconciliation, including troubleshooting and analyzing workload automation processes
• Good understanding of automation engineering, industrial control systems, instrumentation and measurement
• Ability to work with shop floor people at client sites
• Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with both Thai and English required
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in SCADA Control Systems, including storing, logging and reporting all data that the SCADA system aggregates using Historian is advantage.
• Expert proficiency in SAP related to Manufacturing, Asset Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Experience in Design Thinking and Agile approaches with ability to ensure the project success on time and within budget
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business issues and identify business opportunities and value propositions.
