• Create, develop, and manage content across multiple Chinese Social Media platforms such as Weibo, Red (Xiaohongshu), Douyin etc. to maximize brand exposure.
• Conduct content analysis and optimize performance.
• Engage and interact with customers across different Chinese social media platforms, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
• Support the new Social Media Channel entries such as organizing processes, documentation, content plan, and others.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of Social Media Campaigns.
• Remain updated with social media trends in China.
• Any other tasks assigned.
• Strong (written and verbal) communication skills in Chinese and English is a must.
• Skills in photo editing tools such as Canva and Lightroom.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand key social media trends or topics.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to write catchy content in Chinese.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
• A keen eye for details.
