- Evaluate land suitability, access, infrastructure capacity, and technical risks.
- Translate logistics and operational requirements into practical site layouts (dock layout, truck flow, drainage, utilities).
- Prepare and review schematic designs for warehouses, distribution centers and related infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholder during early design stages and construction stage.
- Ensure all projects meet engineering standards, safety requirements, and long-term operational needs.
- Provide technical input for CAPEX estimates and investment decisions.
- Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (Master s is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project planning.
- Strong knowledge of site development, drainage, roads, and utilities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical issues into strategic insights.
- Proficient in AutoCAD / Civil 3D or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure the property s facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor the engineering team.

- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry or commercial facilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Certification in engineering or facilities management is a plus.
- Must be fluent in Thai.
