• ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่.
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า.
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ MS Office.
• สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาในวันธรรมดาหลังเลิกงาน และวันหยุดได้..

• Review and verify the accuracy of all payment-related documents and transactions.
• Review advance reports and supervise the follow-up of outstanding advances by subordinates.
• Review calculation and payment of sales incentives for Sales staff and Bill Collectors.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly commission payment reports for Sales teams.
• Monitor and control departmental expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Review and control cash disbursements and reimbursements for Sales staff and Bill Collectors.
• Prepare and record accruals and expense provisions.
• Prepare reports for outstanding expenses and accrued expenses (e.g. A&P expenses, commissions) on an annual basis.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to prepare and monitor long-outstanding accounts receivable related to the department.
• Prepare departmental expense forecasts and annual budget plans.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Qualifications:Bachelor s degree or higher in Accounting.
• 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or payment-related functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and processes.
• Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with good judgment.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of responsibility with strong attention to detail.
