• Oversee inventory & supply chain management according to company guidelines.
• Review & perform optimized inventory control procedures to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
• Maintain updated & accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies, troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock & records.
• Develop & implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.

• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports, review reports monthly with management.

• Degree qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Material Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field with 3 Years of managerial experience in Logistics/Supply Chain at a fast-moving manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, Microsoft Navision is added advantage.
• Good numerical sense and analysis skill.
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal relationship skills.

• The Outlet Manager will support the Beverage Manager in areas of planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the work of employees in the bar, ensuring guest satisfaction, revenue optimization, and team development.
• Maintains an excellent working knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and food.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Attend regular operational meeting to ensure effective coordinate and cooperation between departments.
• Maintain the concept and position of bar in the community.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience.
• Selecting, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, within bar to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
• Provide knowledge and skills training to team both on the job and in class room.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

• RequirementsGraduated in Master s degree or Bachelor degree in Accounting, IT, management information system or accounting information system.
• 3- 6 years of experience in Risk Management/ Internal Control/ Audit in financial services/banking business environment either as part of a financial services institution, in an advisory or business consulting capacity to similar organizations or in the regulation of such institutions.
