• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one back end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby).
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Proven experience designing scalable and secure back end systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions.
• Performance tuning and monitoring in production environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
