- Supervise, manage, and support Product Consultant (PC) teams across assigned stores or areas.
- Set, monitor, and follow up on sales performance to ensure achievement of company targets.
- Motivate and coach PC staff to improve sales performance and customer service.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product displays, promotional materials, store conditions, and brand presentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, discipline, and overall performance.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Coordinate with store managers, sales teams, operations teams, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor product availability and inventory levels, and report out-of-stock issues to the relevant parties.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, market updates, competitor activities, and operational issues identified at each store.
- Support the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and replacement of PC staff within the assigned area.
- Ensure that promotional campaigns and in-store activities are implemented according to company plans and standards.
- Handle and resolve operational issues arising at stores in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- QualificationsBachelor s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in supervising or managing Product Consultants, retail sales staff, or promotional teams.
- Experience in retail, consumer products, home appliances, IT products, or other relevant industries will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive the team to achieve sales targets.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare and review sales performance reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel regularly to assigned stores and locations.
- Possession of a valid driving licence and personal vehicle will be an advantage.
- Able to work according to retail business schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
