• Perform modifications and fix errors in the TIL system.
• Run query dataset as requested by end users.
• Support DataFix, manage Master.
• Configuration, and execute data queries to ensure data accuracy and operational readiness.
• Examine inputs from users and analyze for possible modifications to the TIL system.
• Provide overall support related to TIL systems.
• Maintain and supervise database operations, and solve any related problems that occurred.
• Test and ensure program quality.
• Development.
• Lead development in-house applications/programming to improve the functionality and capability of the existing system.
• Architect solutions that improve system scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Collaborate with the team in planning and executing development tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical support to the development team.
• Co-ordination.
• Deal with external vendors in case of outsourcing, evaluate and negotiate initially on budget, plan, timeframe, and requirements.
• Coordinate with TPIT regarding the Server, Backup/Restore Database, network, Google mail, and other vendors to investigate and solve issues.
• Education.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• Work Experience.
• At least 3-5 years. experiences in software development or relevant fields, with C#.Net, is advantage.
• Experienced in design and basic administration of relational databases (Especially Oracle).
• Code development as per the technical specification and software development methodology.
• Strong technical knowledge of Software Development processes.
• Knowledge of computer program design methods and techniques, as well as the computer logic and overall computing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning.
• A strong Service mindset to satisfy customer needs be an advantage.
• Team player, pleasant and enthusiastic personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Experience in Automation in one or more RPA technologies (UiPath) is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes using GitLab.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Ability to write automated test scripts using frameworks such as Robot Framework.
• Essential and Preferable: Technical skills and experience.
• Front-end: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Ajax.
• Back-end:NET Core, Node.js, Web API, web services, Python (will be considered as an advantage).
• Tools: VS Code, Visual Studio.NET ecosystem: C#,.NET Framework,.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework.
• Database: Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
• Version Control: Git, GitFlow, GitLab, CI/CD.
• Frameworks: Angular, React, Flutter.
• Reporting tools: Crystal Reports, RDLC.
• XML Technologies: XML, XSLT, XPATH.
• Cloud & Automation: Cloud API, UiPath.
• Automate testing tool: J-meter, Robot Framework.
