• Develop and prepare Revit models in accordance with assigned tasks and project requirements.
• Prepare technical drawings and related documentation as assigned.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and other project-related documents.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and drawings.
• Review and update BIM models based on project changes, technical requirements, and site conditions.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in BIM modeling or related fields.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit for developing BIM models and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of construction processes and mechanical systems (MEP) will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• 2-year contract with a review for permanent status.
