• Direct proactive talent sourcing via diverse channels, ensuring quality and fit.
• Standardize advanced screening methodologies in partnership with hiring managers.

• Analyze recruitment needs, adapt and refine existing methods to attract top-tier talent.
• Monitor recruitment trends, recommending actionable improvements to internal strategies.

• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to refine and recalibrate the L&D strategy, ensuring its sustained relevance.
• Facilitate the training session held by Learning and Development team.
• Talent Advisor.
• Collaborate across the ecosystem to innovate and refine talent solutions, adapting as necessary.
• Drive cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring L&D solutions are integrated and enhance overall business operations.
• Support Talent Advisor Team to deliver related internal activity for staff.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Able to use Microsoft office ex: Excel, word, presentation tools, data analytic tools.
• Open for 3rd year student to fresh grads.
• Monday to Friday (9.00 am - 18.00 pm).
• No laptop provided.
