About the company Business Type: Service Products: Conference & Event Organizer

  • Responsible for international/local conference management in both private and governmental sectors
  • Monitor project budget to ensure revenue and expenses are administered within established boundaries
  • Coordinate with concerned individuals to develop and monitor timelines related to all aspects of conference
  • Conduct and ensure effective information sharing and communication among team members, volunteers and contractors
  • Develop and monitor timelines, conference theme and related activities to support the conference
  • Generate conference promotional schedule and work with communication staffs on conference promotion
  • Thai Nationality, Male/female, ages 35-40 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in conference organizing and/or project management
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime
  • Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and result oriented
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Good computer literacy
  • Third language is an advantage
  • Have experience in Bidding events/projects before
  • English: Business Level
  • Workplace Area: MRT Queen Sirikit Na-tional Convention Center
  • Working Hour: 8:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri) *Flexible: can manage own schedules to serve international clients
