• Responsible for HR process of factory (e.g. rules and regulations, manpower, recruitment and selection, compensation, training, employee relations, labor union, HR information)
• Responsible for Administration jobs of factory to support manufacturing process and operation (e.g. expatriate service, general affairs, government affairs, license permit)
• Other task will be assigned by the chief officer

• Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age between 24 – 30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Human resource management or related field
• – 3 years of experience in human resource management of manufacturing field
• English in Conversational Level
• Good communication skills
